Architectural Construction Administrator (3)
NJ-Northern, NJ-Central, Philadelphia, PA

We are seeking a construction administrator for this regional office who is experienced in the design and construction of large public projects. Candidate must have knowledge of construction administration for architectural and engineering systems in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The candidate should also have seven plus years of experience working with multiple primes, and the ability to evaluate and propose solutions.

This position requires a BS in construction management or an architecture degree.

Operations Manager (1)

These lead management positions are currently available in either Philadelphia or NJ

Candidates for both positions will be responsible for managing client projects; leading an established team of architects, engineers and support staff; identifying and mentoring new staff, and helping the firm continue to grow. Projects include design and construction administration of commercial, education, public safety, and municipal buildings.

The ideal candidates will have a Bachelors or Masters of Architecture, Professional Registration, and at least 10 years of combined architectural experience with an emphasis in design, managing staff and projects, and building successful client relationships. Candidates must be well organized, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have the ability to translate business objectives into coherent operations strategies.

We are currently seeking project architects throughout NJ, PA, and NY. Responsibilities will include design and construction document production for commercial, education (K-12 and higher), public safety and municipal projects.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors or Masters of Architecture, professional registration preferred, and at least 8 years of experience that includes coordination with engineering disciplines and Autocad proficiency. We are seeking staff architects thoroughout NJ, PA, and NY. Candidates will work on a variety of projects including educational / K-12, commercial, municipal, institutional, and sports. Responsibilities include design and documentation on all phases of the project. This position requires a demonstrated understanding of the components of a complete architectural document package, including integration of other professional disciplines, common construction detailing practices, and specifications.

Position requires a minimum 3-5 years experience and a BS or Master of Architecture degree and professional registration - or the ability to acquire within 6 months. Commercial, health care, or K-12 experience is preferred along with good interpersonal skills.

We are seeking architectural project managers to join the growing teams at these regional offices. Candidates will be working with an award winning staff on numerous projects including K-12 educational, commercial, municipal, and institutional. Responsibilities include management of the client and project teams on a daily basis, including attention to client satisfaction, work planning, scheduling, staffing, status of project deliverables, and project profitability. Candidates will also have the responsibility for quality control of project documents and design functionality.

Positions require 10 years experience and professional registration with a BS or Master of Architecture degree. NCARB certification is a plus. Good mentoring / delegation skills, strong organizational skills, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required. Candidates should have a track record of success in management of past projects of various size and complexity, with emphasis on motivating the project team and maintaining the client relationship. Senior Design Architect (2)

We are seeking senior design architects for these two regional offices. Candidates will work on numerous projects including educational / K-12, commercial, municipal, institutional, and sports. Previous experience with sport facility design would be a plus. Responsibilities include facilitating pre-design efforts, programming, conceptualization, and design on significant projects within the office and the firm.

Positions require 10 years experience and professional registration with a BS or Master of Architecture degree. Candidates should have a portfolio that demonstrates excellent design skills and proven problem solving abilities. Previous experience mentoring junior staff is beneficial and excellent verbal / written communication skills are essential. Expertise in architectural software or AutoCAD is required and experience with 3-D modeling is a plus.

We are seeking newly registered architects or architectural interns with 4 years experience for our headquarters office and these regional offices. Candidates will be responsible for design work and assisting with various large projects in the educational, commercial, and municipal market sectors.

A BS or Master of Architecture degree is required. Previous work experience should include design documentation, bidding, and integrating engineering systems, preferably for larger public projects. Candidates must be well organized with excellent presentation and communication skills. A familiarity with construction administration would be a plus.

Business Development Project Manager (1)

We are seeking an architectural business development project manager for the company's Building Systems Division. Candidate must enjoy the design aspects and client interaction that comes from working with school districts in the K-12 sector to help them achieve their building system needs. The project manager will be involved in developing work acquisition. Requirements include a Bachelor of Architecture degree; a minimum of 5 years experience in architectural and engineering building systems, preferably in the K-12 / education and municipal / public sectors; and with business development experience. Position requires excellent client interaction skills, proven success in business development, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS office. Prefer a PA licensed architect with strategic sales experience.
